Coastal Zone Planning

The Division of Comprehensive & Coastal Zone Planning has broad responsibility for long-range comprehensive planning, subdivision and zoning administration.

The Division is also charged with providing information, technical assistance and support to various DPNR divisions, other USVI government agencies, business industries and the general public on a range of topics, including:

• Business Licensing

• Subdivision and Coastal Zone Planning

• Land and Water Use Planning, etc.
