DPNR-DEP advises
the public that if the Territory is subject to heavy rainfall
throughout the weekend, caution should be taken when swimming,
fishing and bathing in coastal waters because they may have been
impacted by storm-water runoff.
DPNR-DEP will
continue to monitor any impacted areas and waters. For additional
information regarding water quality call the Division of
Environmental Protection at 773-1082 in St. Croix.
