My Administration is strongly committed to supporting the management and preservation of the natural and cultural resources of the United States Virgin Islands. With a robust and rapidly growing economy and an unprecedented influx of tourists and business development to our islands, we are unique and our beloved Territory offers many benefits.

In the Virgin Islands, we are afforded the opportunity to live, vacation, or conduct business in one of the world's most beautiful natural environments with splendid panoramic views, gorgeous sand-filled beaches, world-class resort hotels and ocean-side golf courses.

This administration envisions a future for USVI citizens wherein the quality of life is enhanced by the quality of the environment. We will continue to assess, sustain, preserve and enhance environmental qualities in partnership with communities and businesses, and in concert with the economic vitality of the Territory.
