First Annual Young Emerging Artist Honors (YEAH)

 Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA) is pleased to announce the establishment of its first annual award to recognize and celebrate the achievements of young artists in the Territory. The deadline for Young Emerging Artist Honors (YEAH) will be on April 29, 2011. Awards will be given out to ten (10) eighth graders and ten (10) twelfth graders who have shown exemplary and innovative talents in the arts. Awards range from two to five hundred dollars.
