BEACH ADVISORY

The Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) announces that the Beach Water Quality Monitoring Program, which evaluates weekly water quality at 43 popular swimming beaches throughout the Territory, advises the public of the following:

DPNR did not conduct its weekly beach monitoring for the weeks of December 26, 2011 –January 6, 2012 due to the laboratory’s closure during the holiday season.  DPNR will resume regular monitoring for the week of January 9-13, 2012.
